Ilkley Garden Wall

We were contacted by a homeowner in Ilkley to help them utilise a sloped area on a steep gradient to the rear of their property on which they wanted a summer house. In order to make the space useable and ensure that it was possible to walk from the top of the garden to the bottom, we dug out the earth to form a tiered, level area and retained the earth with a dry stone wall, building some step for access.

The stone was provided by our sister company Yorkshire Stone Supplies and the result was a stunning outside space that can be used by all the family as an extension of their home.
