A large portion of our clients operate in the civil engineering sector. Projects such as highways, land regeneration, water ways (inland and coastal), conservation and restoration work are often undertaken within this industry by some of the UK’s largest civil engineering companies.

Working closely with our clients we have built a specific team of tradesmen who are adept at the varied projects that this industry offers. Working within this sector requires a different approach with regard to the skills and qualifications that our employees must ascertain. Due to the nature of these projects it is common practice to be working in an environment which can offer various challenges that differ from standard construction sites; this could be working from heights, working in enclosed spaces, operating from within a river, lake or weir or building a retaining or boundary wall alongside a major highway. The environmental and health and safety issues are increasingly important and it is also necessary to be sympathetic and considerate to the general public when working in many of these areas.
